There’s nothing more emblematic of Sonoma County than our local farms, fishermen, and wineries. This summer, Chefs Scott Romano (Dry Creek Kitchen) and Matt D'Ambrosi (Spoonbar) are joining forces to present aal fresco Sunday lunch series celebrating whole animal cookery and some of our favorite Sonoma County wineries.
We're back on Sunday, August 26th where our chef team will host a whole animal feast featuring Mt. Lassen Trout and wines from Landmark Vineyards.Sample the flavor of the finest quality rainbow trout and sensational award-winning varietals from one of Sonoma's favorite wineries.
