25 Years of Dry Creek Kitchen

Hotel Healdsburg and Dry Creek Kitchen opened together in 2001, on the western edge of the historic town Plaza. Twenty-five years later there are six Michelin-recognized kitchens within walking distance of that corner, and the hotel and restaurant are long celebrated for forming Healdsburg into the culinary mecca it is today.

For one singular night, we’ll bring together the incredible talent that’s shaped our town, both here at Dry Creek Kitchen and around the county. Chef Charlie Palmer leads the kitchen alongside Chef Shane McAnelly, Chef Reed Palmer, Chef Kyle Connaughton, Chef Scott Romano, Chef Dustin Valette, Chef Ryan Fancher and Chef Carlos Mujica, with wines poured by some of the most award-winning vintners in the region: Kara and Daryl Groom, Bob Cabral, Tom Rochioli, Ben Papapietro, Derek Baljeu and Clay Mauritson.
