Each week, guests at Dry Creek Kitchen will have the opportunity to taste very special Sonoma wines -- verticals, single vineyards, back vintages and limited releases -- selected by the winemaker and poured, of course, from big bottles. Wines are offered by the glass, half glass and, when it makes sense, as a flight. To make the night even more special, the winemaker, grapegrower (or a knowledgeable representative from the winery) will be in the dining room to provide cool details about everything from the growing season to the soil type to the punchdown regimen.
